The staff were very friendly, 5* treatment. When I arrived I was approached by the owner, who took my coat and made me feel very confortável. Had a shellac manicure and loved the patience and care the beautician had... Will be returning!

The overall result of my highlights is amazing. However. I paid a discounted price online only to be told that this did not include a toner and blow-dry. On the day I ended up having to pay an additional £20 to have a toner put in, other wise I would have been walking out of the salon with a lovely combination of orange and yellow highlights against my very dark brown hair and another £10 to have it blow dried. So instead of the bargain price of £36 it actually cost me £66 and my hair isn't even chin length! I was also offered no aftercare advice so I'm not actually sure if I'd need to go back to the salon to have additional toner put in at any point.
