Have never been so unhappy with a haircut. Was not listened to by the hairdresser. She clearly had no skill or ability as she cut the same section over and over again and my hair is now uneven. Hair was left about 4 inches shorter than I wanted despite me telling her multiple times I did not want it too short. Asked for hair to be kept long with layers which she definitely did not know how to do and i have ended up with a hairstyle I did not want. Will not be going back
