I had a Keratin Blow Dry here before Christmas using the Treatwell discount, but will happily go back later in the year and pay full price when it needs doing again. Absolutely brilliant. Salon was welcoming with friendly staff (who fed me sweet tea and biscuits to ease my hangover!) and the most thorough Keratin treatment I've ever had. Am recommending them to everyone!!!
Great place. Friendly and laid back, and make you feel at home. I would suggest this to friends in London and Hammersmith especially.

Went for my highlights yesterday and FINALLY I found a hairdresser who listened to me! I have been disappointed with the results the last 3 times I've gone elsewhere, to 3 differrent salons using these kinds of vouchers. Sheyla (forgive me if I misspell you name) was amazing! Even when I was hesitant of the colour she suggested cause it looked quite dark she convinced me they will blend in amazingly - and THAT THEY TRULY DID! So finally, after 9 months of trying to achieve one simple result, she did it in one go. I couldn't be happier right now:) Would recommend this to anyone, and YES - I am going back! :) Try to stop me :P
I went for a half head highlights and when I got there I realised I needed a full head. The hairdresser offered me full head highlights and other options which was good. Staff seemed very friendly and helpful.
I will be going again for T section. Recommend them.
I went to lily's for my waxing and hair treatment to be done and I am absolutely happy. The Beauty therapist was so professional,and i had the most painless waxing in my life. She gave me some good advice about how to get rid of my ingrowing hair, also good tips about my skin.
I was very happy with my hair treatment and more happy with my blow-dry.
I have recognize that they use professional products and perform a good job with reasonable prices.
I will definitely go back there.
