My visit to Lily's was really positive, and there is nothing I could really fault the establishment on! I was made to feel very relaxed, and my preferences for how I wanted my hair were completely listened to. The highlights were undertaken with lots of care and the colour really matches that of which I have had before. Overall a great experience!

The shop didn't confirm the booking with Treatwell and then charged me for the manicure although I had already prepaid. However, the manicure was quick and four days later, my nails still look good.
