It is the first week of re-opening after Covid so it obviously takes some readjustment & will be busy. However, I booked Bayan because of good reviews & was treated by someone else - this was not explained. I booked an appointment at 9am & waited until 9.30 before it started. I added a trim which took 10-15mins dry & was charged £30 which seemed excessive given that I had already paid for a Brazilian Blow-dry which includes the wash & dry. Having heard great things I was a bit disappointed.
