The lashes were glued to my actual eyelid and not on my eyelash, made my eyes swollen for 3 days as it was so painful and my eyes were blurry and kept tearing up. I had to go on holiday the same day so I couldn’t go back to get them removed because I definitely would’ve gotten them removed and asked for a refund if I could. While she was doing my lash she was not attentive and had friends sat next to her chit chatting away.

not really happy with my experience today. its important that if booked with a particular stylist during the booking that if they are not available, then this should be reflected in the booking. the name of the stylish I booked in for was not one
