Gemma has a wonderful eye for detail. I explained that I prefer fine and ash coloured highlights, not chunky gold ones. She took the time and really listened to what I wanted which meant I got exactly what I asked for. Gemma has also helped me understand the best way to look after my blonde hair once I'm out of her salon. My boyfriend now comes and has his hair cut here too!
Gem has been doing my hair for a year now. I absolutely trust her with my long hair. She's helped me to rescue my neglected locks and bring me back to professional blonde.
I simply do not know what I'd do without her now!
