After getting married last year I decided it was time for a change and decided to cut off my long hair. I stumbled upon Lily and Jacks and was very happy with my decision. Gemma put me at ease, she made sure I knew what I was doing, and that I was 100% certain with my decision before cutting my hair. I'm very happy with my new look, and I have received a lot of compliments from my friends and family.
Really happy w my cut and highlights. Gemma was lovely and gave me great advice on what to do to get the results I was after. Would definitely recommend!

Five stars for everything! Gemma is such a lovely person/stylist and makes the whole experience of getting hair done so enjoyable. I went it for balayage and toner. It has turned out so beautiful and it's honestly the best i've seen my hair look. Thank you so much! I will definitely be coming back to see you!
