I had an amazing experience! She is an excellent professional—very attentive, detail-oriented, and incredibly experienced at what she does. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable.
The salon is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and very well organized, creating such a relaxing atmosphere.
I also had a Brazilian wax, and it was by far one of the best I've ever had. She removed every single hair, even the tiny ones, with great precision and care. I'll definitely be coming back!

Hands down the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. I’ve tried every salon on Queens Road, and none of them come close to Lily’s Waxing. I had a Hollywood, full leg and underarm wax, and the finish was absolutely perfect. Lily is warm, professional and puts you at ease straight away. I will be recommending her to everyone I know. She’s incredibly talented, and I can see her becoming one of the busiest wax therapists around. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had my back waxed by Lily, and I was genuinely impressed. I was surprised by the quality of the wax it made a huge difference. I’ve never experienced a wax that was so gentle on my skin while still being so effective.
