Extremely disappointed. My hard gel extensions were done incorrectly - glue left all over my natural nails. The tech was rude and unprofessional, discussing someone with bipolar disorder with other staff, laughing and making judgmental jokes about them. As I live with bipolar myself, I found this deeply upsetting.
Charged £50 for this total rip-off. Will not return
