The girls at Lilly’s nails are so lovely and welcoming, feels like you’re with your girlfriends having a catch up but getting your nails done at the same time 🤍 (plus they’re really good at nails) have never come away disappointed xo

Usually i have a positive experience here but today was a new girl (i also think she wasn’t the person on the booking). Firstly my booking was 11:15 and they saw me over half and hour late. They sent an email at 13:17 (and hour after i left) saying booking has been rescheduled to try and mask the lateness with treatwell. Secondly the actual quality of the french gels is really bad - none of the nails are neat or the same. Really dissappointed by the service today.

I can’t go anywhere else- all the girls are amazing at lily’s nails and do such a perfect job every time. Natifa also helped me pick out the most stunning colour to suit my skin tone!!!
