I’ve been left feeling deflated and disappointed with my experience.
It was my first time visiting the salon and Angel was running late, fair enough. But I was then 35minutes late getting started and felt incredibly rushed, like she was using me to play catch up.
The finish on my nails is poor and inconsistent. Some being very chunky and bumpy.
It’s even more of a shame as I booked the wrong service and over paid too.

The lady (who wasn’t Mai) was very nice and friendly but the acrylic used was horrible and you could tell once I had them removed. The environment is good but the quality of polish used etc is horrible.

This was my 2nd visit to the salon and again I was really pleased with the results. The girls are all super lovely, the premises are clean, tidy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Lilly’s Nails!
