Be cautious with the technician I had. Although my nails look beautiful in the end, the experience was unacceptable. The filing was so rough that he repeatedly scratched my skin, and his use of the electric file made me bleed in two spots. When I cried out in pain and asked him to be more careful, his attitude became defensive and passive-aggressive, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. The final look doesn't make up for a painful and unprofessional service.

I had the luxury spa OPI pedicure. Overall I had a lovely experience.
The staff that I had was lovely. However I wish they would leave the hot towel on the feet and hands for a while longer because it is my favourite part!
