I've visited here several times before and always been very pleased. However on this occasion I was very disappointed in the service received, I was not seen until 35 minutes after my appointment time and no one at any point during that time explained to me that there would be a delay. I was also not offered a drink of any kind, not even a glass of water despite the 32 degree weather that day.

I always love it here at Lilly's nails. They always take their time and never rush your treatments, and the massage chairs are lovely!!
