As always, I loved my experience at Lily's. It is now my resident nail salon, and every time they do a fantastic job. This time, I also had the added benefit of having the staff chat to me, something which usually they don't do. However, the 2 girls that did my pedicure were friendly and lovely. The place is always super clean and tidy, there is always someone sweeping/polishing/cleaning, and I'm never left for ages waiting or alone. I can't really imagine going anywhere else now for my nails, and I would recommend the salon to anyone, and do!

The salon is very nice and they offer you refreshments. They were almost too busy with too many staff, some were just standing around whilst the rest were busy non-stop. The young man who did my pedicure was a bit too rough and it hurt at times so not a relaxing experience. I think because they were so busy they were rushing to get everyone finished. Then he forgot about me and left me sat there waiting for my nails to dry for too long until one of the other members of staff realised I had been sat there for far too long and said I could go. I am happy with the results of my treatments and will come back, but there are probably some improvements they can make.
