They did. It identify my booking right away but once they did, they were able to start. They had to swap staff so did not have the same person through out. Also I was eventually offered a drink but it was quite late and my both hands were busy with the manicure. However the French manicure was nicely done and looked exactly how I wanted it. So good job overall
