Always a great experience. I don't think they should charge for removal of gel if replacing but other than that always an exceptional service and have been an ongoing customer for many years

this time I wasn't very happy with the shape of my nails, I asked for almond but didn't come up as pointy as the almond. The atmosphere is okay but there is no music so it's a bit weird sometimes as it's very quiet.

My experience was very positive, however I do have one complaint in that if you've had Gel/Shellac put on in the shop and you are there to have the same treatment I don't feel that it's necessary in charging to remove the shellac. It takes no longer than polish remover.
