They were running about 10 minutes late which was a slight problem as I had to go back to work. The manicure was good but probably needed a 3rd coat as my nails were slightly visible under the colour. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Usually my first choice for gels here, but this experience was so disappointing. All the seats were taken but instead of asking me to wait, they seated me in the pedicure chairs with the uv lamp on my lap! Not relaxing at all! Felt so rushed & that they just wanted to get people in and out!
