All very slick and straight forward. You feel a little bit like you are on a conveyor belt but I was happy with that - I just did as I was told! My pedicure and manicure were both neat and lasted for a long time. The only thing which I didn't like was that everyone gets given a fresh pair of flip flops which then go in to the bin - seems very wasteful - I think I'll bring my own flip flops next time!
