The actual nails look very good however the removal was actually very painful - the most painful I’ve ever experienced. There is also zero customer service, don’t expect to be spoken to whilst having your nails done. Staff actually speak to eZchother whilst working rather than the customer which came across a bit rude. That said I’ve been impressed with how my nails are looking so far

Appointment on time and great pedicure as always. Could have spent more time removing hard skin and staff could be more friendly but that’s fine as I never expect conversation. Had a play on the massage chair which was brilliant.
