I do believe that this venue is the most professionally run nail salon in London. From the minute you step into the door the customer service is like that of a five star hotel. The staff are courteous, polite and focused at all times. The lady who worked on my feet (I think her name was Wan) was more like a professional podiatrist and the thoroughness of the treatment was much more substantial than the usual cosmetic one. My feet feel as if they have been brought back to life and my toenails have never looked prettier! Happy feet, happy customer! 😊

I like the look and design of the salon. However the nail technician that did my pedicure was too rough and actually made my toe bleed. For the cost of the service, I should have been treated with better care and attention. I will attend again as the rest of the staff were friendly but will not be going to that woman again.
