There was little to no dialogue between me and my technician. I felt they rushed the appointment and ignored some of what I asked for. That said the result is ok. I just prefer a more personalised experience. Also noticed they don’t clean their tools between each client. For this reason I won’t be returning unfortunately as I think hygiene is very important.
