The shellac job was excellent, however the attention to dry skin as part of the pedicure wasn't as thorough as I would have liked, especially for the price. Other major thing is if you don't pay via Treatwell the salon only takes cash - I had to run to a cashpoint afterwards, leaving my bag as collateral until I returned.

This was my second visit to Lilly’s and wow was this a stark difference to my first. On my first visit I was asked if I would like water/coke and so on, was I asked in my second? Nope not even asked if I would like a drink. She rushed my nails, was rude and went on to rush the job. After one week my nails started to chip and the colour turned brown. This didn’t happen on my first visit as my nails lasted three weeks. I went to the salon and with all fairness they didn’t them again without a charge however the quality sucks. Every single staff member was rude, the lady who did my nails was rude and rushed the job, I asked for square and she’s given me some wonky mess. You would think that they would try to do the best job possible considering the circumstances but they couldn’t care less. Would never recommend this place and certainly won’t be coming back.
