On arrival was met with hostility by staff insisting that I pay an extra £3 for the length of nails I wanted, which were just standard and nothing dramatic. I pointed out that there was no mention of that on the website. The manger also got involved insisting that I had to pay extra. This was all done in earshot of other customers (very embarrassing). They eventually left it,
I was booked in for gel powder nail extensions but was given just acrylic with normal polish. When I queried this during my treatment they instead that it was gel powder bit I beg to differ. I left there very unsatisfied with the job and would certainly never return.
