I’ve left very unhappy after having my shellac manicure and pedicure done.
My pedicure which should take approx 1 hour took actually only 35 mins and the lady didn’t pay full attention when cutting the cuticles and painting the nails.
My manicure on the other hand took about an hour but equally poorly done.
The polish finish on both hands and feet is uneven and with little pieces of dust/imperfections in the actual polish.
I’m extremely unsatisfied with the overall experience. I wanted the treatment to be relaxing yet I felt like the staff was rushing to get another client squeezed in.
I will not come back again.
I believe for £70 I deserved a full 2 hours slot with professionals.
