when I sat down at the table I twice had to ask for the table to be cleaned...firstly someone else's nail skin and the second time as the previous clients wet dirty tissue...i was addressed very aggressively by the lady with very square nails to the point i had to ask why i was being told off for asking for a clean table.
The gel nails i received were neither evenly filed nor any attention given to the finish. i have had to go somewhere else to have them redone. lilly's nails used to take care and pride in its workmanship......I am shocked at today's results and experience. i used to reccommend this place to everyone....not again
