I’ve been going to Lilly’s for over a year however was so disappointed with my experience today. The guy I had didn’t use the usual applicator that scrapes off the hard skin, when I queried this he said he didn’t need to as he’d used a foot pumice (even though I usually have both). As suspected the hard dry skin is still on my feet when usually they are so soft after my visit, so disappointed especially as I tried to ask him to use the applicator. Literally a waste of money going today as they still need doing.
