Was a painful experience and was made to feel very self conscious. Nails are now very sore following treatment and are messy with uneven ends and sharp bits I had ask for them to be short however they where not very compliment - not the normal service I get- I do love the colour

As a regular at Lillys i am used to them not speaking to you, not offering a drink and now the massage chairs have gone, that is all ok. However this time it felt like i was being tortured, scrubbing my tender insole, cutting into my skin, no gentleness when using stick under nails, felt pain on both fingernails and toenails and the guy kept acting surprised when i asked him to stop. Not only that he chipped paint and so now i have indentation on one finger. Then filed nails after painting shellac. Nice boy, perhaps not the best time and no service.

First time coming here, I had shellac manicure and shellac pedicure. Staff here are friendly and the ladies who did my nails were great- absolutely love my nails!
