They opened up the salon late which meant myself and other customers were stood waiting outside in the cold for 10 minutes. The staff were also stood outside waiting but no one spoke to us and explained why we were waiting or how long for and when we were finally let in, no one apologised. The actual treatment I had was done to a good standard and I am happy with the treatment but it wasn’t exactly a relaxing experience
