I find this salon inconsistent. It is clean and bookings are efficient but some staff are lovely and others are not. Have had many excellent manis and pedis but last two visits were bad. Same tech, she was grumpy and rude both times. Last visit, no drink offered, cold water for hand soak, dirty nail file and a cut to one cuticle, gel polish covering my cuticles and not given the colour I selected. I did love this salon and have been a regular but not sure I’ll go back now.
