It wasnt the best of Lilly's experience with Manicure and Pedicure that I have received in the past. I found it a bit rushed (though appointment started at 5:30PM and they close at 7PM). One of the things that they could improve on is to check on their customer after seating them for drying their nailpolish. You could be sitting there for more than 10 minutes and yet no one comes to check if you are good to leave. I would still visit them, because of their proximity to hammersmith station and generally good mani - pedi treatments
