Lilly’s was not at all what I expected. Just rows of people in masks doing nails. The staff were very nice when they actually spoke to me but it was all business and no pleasure, in and out as fast as possible. Not a relaxing or therapeutic experience and the tools they used were like being at the dentist. The pedicure itself was perfect but just not the vibe for me.

Very good manicure with nice staff. My technician was excellent, helping me to decide on the colour and creating impressive nail art that I haven't been able to achieve elsewhere.

I also had a gel pedicure and the staff were very accommodating. Installation is really good and staff does a thorough job, hands and feet. Some staff are lovely, the person who did my manicure/pedicure this time barely spoke or looked at me, which is a bit of a shame.
