It felt a little bit rushed even though I was the first customer of the day. The technician was doing everything very fast and although I am happy with the overall finish, a luxury pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing experience

I've been coming to the salon every two weeks, always left the place with a smile, but was so unlucky today! Everything went wrong, guy didnt remove properly my old gel, completely changed the shape of my nails, each of them looked different, I ALWAYS go for the same natural shade and every time had only two layers and it looked gorgeous, today I ended up having 3, which made my nails look thick and I still can see scratches under the color + nails arent smooth due to bits of my old gel under. Each time had a different person doing my nails, and they were all so good, but today BIG disappointment! Time wise as well, way longer than usual
