The pedicure was great. The setup was customer-focused and considered.
The staff were very chatty but to each other rather than to the customers. The manicure could have been better. I felt forgotten about when my nails were drying as staff were focused on closing up the salon. I wasn’t even offered hand cream at the end of the manicure.
I brought my brother who was having a manicure and pedicure for the first time so would have been nice if he was given an explanation of the treatment process and tips on after care etc. It would have made his experience more worthwhile and more likely for him to return.
