Great speedy shellac manicure, and staff were very flexible and understanding when I was running late.

Overall, a nice treatment with free refreshments. The technician who did my pedicure gave a good massage. I find that the experience can vary depending on which technician you have, as most of the time you do not get the massage part. The only thing is that the staff do not talk to you and speak to each other all the time in another language - I heard them say my name during a conversation in another language which has the potential to make customers feel uncomfortable
