As always, a lovely gel manicure at Lily's. My technician was friendly, polite and really attentive. Only criticism is that the staff who run the floor don't offer the same warmth and politeness!

Would be nice if they treated the nail before applying glue/polish. Don’t seem to do manicures as part of a gel mani treatment where the nail is treated...
