The venue could use a bit of a deep clean and there were some concerns about reusing the scrub (dipping the same utensil into the shared scrub repeatedly). My polish also didn’t last very long. I haven’t been in a year and it feels like the service could be improved.

My appointment was to remove shellac done at a different salon and have a manicure on my natural nails. The manicurist did a good job, especially as it was difficult to get the shellac off.
