I am happy as always with the result. But I believe that you should be more organised and stick on plan as I had booked my appointment at 12:30 and I was waiting for 20 minutes and no one came to talk to me. Also, I was a bit disappointed when you asked me to pay for the toe shellac removal while I had already paid for shellac removal-shellac manicure. If this service is only for manicure removal you should clearly say on your website. Apart from that, the total experience was nice as always and the I am really happy with my manicure. I will definitely come back.
