I am a regular at this salon but I was really disappointed on this occasion. The therapist cut me really bad. It hurt a lot and I was bleeding for a very long time. She did not even acknowledge it, let alone apologise. I would have thought since I am a regular and they really messed up they would have not made me pay full price. It really spoiled the overall look of my pedicure as I had a scabby toe and it was for my holiday.
