Fantastic nails as usual, but unfortunately this time I was spoken to poorly due to be 5 mins late. My appointment was given away to a walk in when I was only 5 mins late. There should be a 15 min grace period like other salons!

They didn't have the colour that I wanted in stock and the staff don't speak to you they prefer to speak to each other in another language. Apart from that everything was ok

As always my nails were done to a high standard. But the nail technicians are so rude and make you feel as though you are hugely inconveniencing them, and speak about you with their colleagues. I genuinely couldn't wait to leave. It's a shame, as they are the best place I know for nails, but I would rather have mediocre nails than to ever have to go there again.
