Very efficient and good results. They offer a drink as well. It’s not the most luxurious or pampering of spas I’ve been to, but the overall experience is pleasant and quick, with quality results.

Great gel nails - they were very busy however so treatment was rushed. Had to remind the technician that I had paid for a manicure, as she tried to skip that due to rushing. Overall outcome of appointment was great but I went on a Sunday afternoon and I definitely recommend going at a quieter time.
