The nails came up nicely but the place had no customer service, they wouldn’t even greet the customers with a hello or a goodbye. Beside the zero talking the nails were done really well.

The shellac quality is really bad, my nails chipped within a couple of days. I would have been better off using nail polish instead. The nail technician:
1. Did not apply the shellac evenly and it looked very lumpy.
2. Ruined my natural nail bed as my nails were sanded down way too much.
I called beforehand and went to show them my nails within a week after them being done but they were not attentive at all and rather than fixing the whole shellac on my hands, they only fixed two chips.
I’m appalled and will not be wasting my money on shellac here again.
