My full set of gel powder & shellac colour nails have lasted 3.5 weeks and could last longer! The only reason I’m going back for an infill cause they’ve grown out by now. Going to book another appointment there now!

Always a great experience at Lily's. They always use fresh equipment out the bag so there is no issue of cross contamination and it's always busy in there - book if you can as it can take a while to get a slot otherwise.
It can be on the expensive side but the quality is great so worth the money
I've been many times before now and will be returning anytime I'm back in London.
The pedicure uses the cheese grater which isn't great for the feet and foot skin as it grows back harder but all good.

To be honest, I must say that I had excellent pedicure here before. However, the guy who did it today was very disappointing. The 1 h treatment was rushed lasted 40 mins (the massage lasted basically 30 seconds and my heels are still not soft). I don't mind not chatting during treatments but a smile would be nice. Literally the only thing he said to me was "you paid online, right?" at the end. Will be going back but will ask for a different pedicurist.
