Have been here many times yet this manicure really was sub par. Lots of bits of skin left on, just not a complete job. Guess it really does come down to who you get.

I used to be a regular here but after the two latest I won’t go back. Staff was 3 not 1, a young lady with no polite manners, last time I had infills with clear shellac top coat. She told me to swap the hand after literally 10 secs, then I asked her: are you sure it’s gonna last? She replied “ trust me I did it so many times “...well you did it wrong as after only 5 days the top coat chipped. Very disappointed

First of all was I not satisfyed with the shape of my nails (very squared shape even though I had been clear I wanted them round). Tried to tell the manicurist (black Jurassic world T-shirt) this several times but he didn’t pay attention and did even roll my eyes to me when I tried to show me. He fixed one (!!!) of my nails round and didn’t even bother to fix the rest. Then he painted my nails extremely quickly and rushed to the next customer. I had booked a shellac manicure + shellac removal, but overall it was the same as a just having shellac. I was there for less than 40 min (It was supposed to be for 1h). When I asked the girl in the reception she said it was because I had less skin? Try to avoid the boy (he was also quite rude) and don’t bother book the manicure - just go for the shellac instead.
