My first negative review for what is normally a great experience. The staff member who carried out my infill etc managed to nick my finger with the electric drill/file, 3 times I had to say the drill was incredibly hot but she just carried on! There was no final file with the block Then the colour she has put on should have been a rich raspberry but it’s very wishy washy no two nails are the same colour. So disappointed with my nails, never had any problems before normally a glowing review

Treatment are always satisfactory however I would urge them to emphasise on customer service. I’ve always been made to feel than my presence to get my treatment was a bother more than anything else either by them chatting away in their language as if there wasn’t any customer or by addressing me in a standoffish manner. Been a regular for years now but I feel like it might be time to try an other salon.
