Booked for gel extensions and confirmed with the technician I wanted gel but they proceeded to do acrylics anyway. Also then charged as if I’d had gel plus french tips (47£). The french tips were really well done just frustrating not to get the service I wanted.

I have been to Lilly’s many times for a pedicure with great results! Unfortunately this time I had a lady I’d never had before and she cut my cuticle back too far and made me bleed quite a bit (and continued to trim the area!).
