Disappointing. I was hoping for a relaxing nail experience and a break from my children, after recovering from Covid and being stuck in for weeks, but they had workmen in drilling and banging ( started after my appt or I would have left). I had booked appt but still had to wait 30 mins to be seen. Pedi staff were rough and unfriendly. I can see my natural finger nails through the shellac, it needed at least another coat. Massage chairs are also gone. I won’t be returning.
