The treatment began 10 minutes late, even though I booked ahead. The lady who attended to me was rough and fidgety throughout the treatment, even going as far as to tell me I had dry skin - but did not attempt to add lotion as part of the treatment - finally, the card machine was “broken” and I was given random details to make a bank transfer. Not being comfortable with that, I paid for an arbitrary treatment online for the same cost and told them I wouldn’t attend. Unprofessional.
Have been a regular client at Lily’s Nails for the last few years and will continue to return but have been disappointed with the results of my treatment from a new member of staff the last two times. Gel has chipped after less than 2 weeks (previously used to last 3+ weeks) and they badly cut my cuticle when rushing with the gel removal which took over a week to heal.
