This time a new staff member did my shellac manicure and I have to say it didn't come out as well as all the other times unfortunately. it's already chippped and it's not staying nicely as usual. A bit disappointing.

I have been a customer of Lilly’s nails for over 20 years. Always professional, clean and welcoming. Even though I have moved out of the area, I still come back to Hammersmith to get my nails done.
