The staff were nice. I got infill acrylics with gel French tip. The staff were quite rough with my nails so it hurt when they were filing them. You can see where they’ve been infilled because not enough layers of polish was applied. The French tip is messy and 1 week after getting them done the paint looks like it has burst (probably because I was told to leave after one sitting of drying my nails). Unfortunately I won’t be coming back as the quality is not good for the amount I paid

Be cautious with the technician I had. Although my nails look beautiful in the end, the experience was unacceptable. The filing was so rough that he repeatedly scratched my skin, and his use of the electric file made me bleed in two spots. When I cried out in pain and asked him to be more careful, his attitude became defensive and passive-aggressive, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. The final look doesn't make up for a painful and unprofessional service.
