The guy used a DREMEL to remove my cuticles and then cut them further, making my fingers bleed. I should have told him to stop but I was so surprised that I didn't say anything.

Disappointed. 10 min late to start and then record 20min from start to finish as he rushed for next client. Too enthusiastic with tools it hurt, hot stone burned my leg. Was a slap dash something but definitely not massage and then slap dash on base and top coat. Looking closely now home, nails aren’t even straight and colour poorly painted on.
